As per Wikipedia, “Content Management” can be defined as the collection of procedures used to manage work flow in a collaborative environment. These procedures can be manual or computer-based.
Content Management usage varies with the mission. Various organizations, websites, and educational institutions all use content management, but their usage varies. The process of content management includes roles of various members: creator, editor, publisher, administrator, and consumer, viewer, or guest. Each member has a unique role and set of responsibilities in the development of the content management. Each team member should have a clear and concise picture of the various review standards in order to maintain consistency throughout the website.
